Each KCOA official has been ranked as to their eligibility as a referee in a three-man system, a linesman in a three-man system and as an official in a two-man system. Any scheduler or Board member can let you know your current ranking.
This system has been implemented to ensure the quality of the officials we put on the ice for our customers. If you want to be re-rated to do higher-level games, contact Board member Jim Zoretic as the lead for the Mentoring/Evaluation/Supervision Program (MESP) at (jzed@aol.com).
